Our own Yorkshire cured ham using pigs born and raised only on Yorkshire farms. Did you know? Pork produced in other countries to a poorer welfare standard can be shipped to this country, made into bacon & ham, and called British! We only use Yorkshire pigs.

Just boil until almost tender (around 20 mins per lb) remove the skin, score and cover with honey and wholegrain Mustard and finish in the oven.
