Shoulder of Pork


Outdoor reared pork entirely from Yorkshire. Perfect for a proper Sunday roast or this can be really slowly cooked with a BBQ rub and enjoyed as pulled pork.

How to cook – Preheat the oven to 220’C. Rub the shoulder pork joint (scored) with plenty of salt & pepper. Place in the oven skin side up until well crackled (around 25 mins). Lower the heat to 130’C and cook for 3 hours or until tender.
Quarter 2.5kg serves around 6-10
Half 5kg serves around 14-20
